InclusiveEd is a transformative program co-designed by Dr. Simon Uttley, a Headteacher in a diverse school, and Sylvia Stevenson, a Certified Diversity Practitioner. They combine expertise to help schools overcome obstacles, challenge stereotypes, and foster mutual understanding, enabling both students and staff to thrive.

We were delighted to invite Absolute Diversity to work with our Year 5 and Year 6 children; facilitating workshops promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. The day commenced with a insightful, thought-provoking assembly delivered by Dr Simon Uttley about discrimination. This was followed by inclusion for all workshops, led by Sylvia and Bridget who created a safe environment for our children to explore their understanding of inclusion and diversity.
The diversity day at St Mary's is just the beginning of our journey to celebrate diversity within our school community; to appreciate one another's differences and recognise people's lived experiences.
