Exclusive Interview with Malone Mukwende, Founder Black & Brown Skin

I'm excited to be interviewing Malone Mukwende as part of the Gender Bias in AI research work being carried out with Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex. It's true that gender bias in AI isn't the same for everyone and research has found that AI often makes more mistakes when diagnosing conditions in darker skins, especially for women. This not only makes AI less reliable but also worsens discrimination against black and brown people, perpetuating existing inequalities. I'm looking forward to exploring with Malone.
